Our thing is excellent, healthy ingredients, carefully prepared, served in a enjoyable atmosphere. We feature Copeland beef, grown in Canaan, as well as lettuce and veggies in season from Mark Bryant and Dan Monroe, local organic farmers. Homemade salad dressings, burger buns, dinner rolls, desserts. Amazing french fries, fried only in peanut oil. Great hamburgers. Our own unique vegeburgers. Delicious appetizers. And locals will tell you that we have an exceptional ribeye, as well as a tasty chicken entree that changes every other week.
We think our wine list is special -- many thanks to Luke from Glazer's for his help in finding an amazing assortment of reds and whites for you to enjoy with your meal.
605 dressings are available -- come enjoy Elissa's unique creations, in the restaurant or take one home to enjoy. All of the dressings are made with organic virgin olive oil -- its the only kind of olive oil we serve.
